My name is James Nelson
CSCS, CPT, TRX Functional
A strength coach helping disconnected men & women fall back in love with themselves through movement and mindful nutrition.
James has worked with a host of clientele, ranging from collegiate athletes to those recovering from hip replacements in their late 80s, and nearly everything in between. Battling with disordered eating and self-sabotaging beliefs for a good portion of his younger years, James understands the need for a healthy mindset before the body can follow suit. Using a wide range of fitness modalities, and intuitive eating, James has found that NoMad Fitness brings about change for the better both inside and out.
With personal and professional experience, James will ensure a custom plan to guide you on your fitness journey.
